Maine's Department of Education's Special Education Director, Ms. Erin Frazier is a Child Abuser

Maine's new director of Special Education for the States Department of Education, Erin Frazier is a child abuser.  I will gladly testify to this fact.

During the 2011/2012 school year, while she was the director at West School Day Treatment Program in Portland, my daughter who was 9 years old at the time was sent home with finger-shaped bruises on her arms regularly from being manhandled by Ms. Frazier and her staff.  Ms. Frazier also once pushed my daughter into a seclusion room, causing her to fall over backward and hit her head off of a brick wall.  The school nurse had to check her for a concussion after.

After I filed a formal written complaint to Portland Public Schools about the brick wall incident, Ms. Frazier retaliated by authorizing a false report to Child Protective Services against me.  Then she went about butt-covering including falsifying school records, and changing incident reports, etc.

Now she is running the special education department in Maine.  She, in my opinion, shouldn't be running anything but a cell block.

I only found out about Ms. Frazier's new position when another parent reached out to me after seeing a comment that I left about her a couple of years ago on a news article.

If you have any experience dealing with Erin Frazier, please contact Jessica Nixon at the Maine DOE Commissioner's office.  Jessica.Nixon@maine.gov

  1. If what you say is true, Ms. Frazier is a "Substantiated" child abuser for the physical abuse of child/children under the age of 10 and for maltreatment of child/children under the age of 10.

  2. Just and FYI: you can file a police report on her and should, even if it happened years ago. Filing that police report is essential to the safety of our Maine children. You have that right to file an "affidavit". Most people think they can't on teachers or doctors etc.. But you should. And for using and abusing child protective services when she knew the report she made was false to only retaliate against you. There is a statue in Maine stating they can't file reports to CPS when they know it's false. I filed a police report on a special ed teacher Child Abuser JOHN HITE!!! He did the same to me after it was very clear he was abusing my daughter behind closed locked doors. Piece of sh... He was gone shortly after and that police report will haunt him forever, rightfully so!!!!! NOTE: If you file a police report that will get their attention that something is wrong with her.

  3. I don't think Erin Frazier is the right person to be a Special Education Director. She worked in Rockland ME as a Special Education Director trying to bring the district in to compliance with the state and federal regulations. I believe my child was placed in the compass room without my written consent in november 2014 and the testing was not done before placement. My child suffered trauma from this placement. I told erin in many of IEP meetings that she is abusing my child. IN the summer of 2015 I revoked the IEP to protect my child form the abuse. There is so much more I could say and prove. Just protect your child. Homeschool move out of state do whatever you can. Sincerely Jim H.

In view of my experience, I can without much of a stretch say that anybody can become familiar with a subsequent language on the off chance that the person in question "must" or "truly needs to." russian language course Moscow

  9. Never talk negatively about children to other's in front of them. One way to understand why this rule is important is to imagine you are with two friends. One of your friends turns to the other one and begins to talk negatively about you, as if you were not there.baby bibs
